WHO IS THIS GORGEOUS MAN AND WHY HAVEN’T I WATCHED EVERYTHING WITH HIM IN IT?! Off to IMDB Jeremy Northam now…

Hee—oh, just discovered The Northam, have we? My former BFF was mad for him, and after the sex scenes in Carrington, I could understand why. Still, Jenny or other Northam aficionados, what viewing recommendations can you make for the newest acolyte to your cause?

I’d start with Mr Knightley and go from there …

Dear Diary, today I tried not to think about Mr. Knightley.  I tried not to think about him when I discussed the menu with Cook…I tried not to think about him in the garden where I thrice plucked the petals off a daisy to ascertain his feelings for Harriet.  I don’t think we should keep daisies in the garden, they really are a drab little flower.  And I tried not to think about him when I went to bed, but something had to be done.

-Emma, you want our friendship remain the same as it has always been but I cannot desire that-

-But why? I know I made mistakes but if you had been here in the last few days you would have seen that I have tried to change, please, tell me I am your friend-

-I do not wish to call you my friend because I hope to call you something infinitely more dear. Have you ever wondered why I have never be friend of Frank Churchill? It was because I knew he was intended for you(…)

-(…)I rode through the rain. I’ d ride through worst if I can just hear your voice telling me that I might at least have some chance to win you…-

-Mr Knightley, if I had not spoken it’s because I’m afraid I will waking myself from this dream, it cannot be true…-

(…)

-Marry me, my wonderful, darling friend-
